Refunds and Exchanges

At Sensi Studio we offer a full store credit within 14 days of delivery, ensuring that all items are in their original conditions, with tags attached in unworn condition. Once your return is accepted, you will be required to pay for the $11.95 return shipping label that we will send to you with instructions. 

Once the items are received and have been inspected, you will receive communication from our team to see if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank to process the refund.

 

Faulty Items

If an item is believed to be faulty or damaged, please contact info@sensistudio.com.au. If we deem the item faulty, we will replace your items or provide a full refund. All shipping costs will be covered by Sensi Studio.
